• Open, sort and route incoming mail, answer correspondence and prepare outgoing mail.
• Complete and mail bills, contracts, policies, invoices.
• Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities.
• Answer phones, direct calls and take messages.
• Generating reports for analyzation from data within CRM DynamicsOperate office machines; photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems and personal computers.
• A good sense of organization
• Quick learner
• Ability to take initiative
• Ability to solve problems
• Fluency with Microsoft Word, Excel
some fluency with Microsoft Access
• High school diploma or GED
• Some college experience
