Job Summary: Coordinates and manage facilities functions at our client site in Boston, MA
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain building files and records
- Preparing invoices for payment
- Reception, telephone
- Typing correspondences
- Prepare property management reports and spreadsheets
- Organize meetings
- Order supplies
- Prepare work orders
- Other duties as assigned by Management Representative
Qualifications: At least 3 years’ experience working in an on-site property management office. High school diploma, some college preferred. Strong computer skills are required including Microsoft Word, Excel, PeopleSoft and Sharepoint. Maturity, strong customer service skills and strong organizational skills required. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
