P/T Administrative Assistant – to be the Right Hand of the Executive Director of a
non-profit organization in the College Point area.
Requirements – must have excellent computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft
Office (Word, Excel, Publisher, etc.), Printmaster, and some knowledge of Peachtree
or Quick Books Accounting program; ability to quickly adapt to new program
software, and have excellent organizational skills.
Previous experience working for a non-profit is preferred.
Must have valid NYS driver’s license to do some local (errands).
