Call Center Representative
The Call Center Representative job here at Donor Services Group requires passion, excellent customer service skills, social/ political awareness and great energy! Our Call Center Representatives advocate for our clients while following an internal call structure. Excellent conversational ability mixed with an understanding of donor cultivation, makes our Call Center Representatives some of the best in the nation.
Call Center Representative:Duties & Responsibilities
As a Call Center Representative you will use:
Structure: Our structure is pretty basic, but imperative to nail down. Pitch three times, using three ask levels, do two strong credit card asks and a close with a confirmed amount and turnaround time. Our Structure does require persistence.
Conversational Ability: The ability to actively listen and engage with the donor about the organization, and also about their lives while using; Empathy, grace, and gratitude. Empathy, grace, and gratitude soften persistence. Add this to structure and you have a fantastic call!
Donor Cultivation: Cultivation is donor-focused and involves nurturing and fostering the client’s relationship with the donor by asking questions and garnering information that can help the call.
Client Advocacy: Advocacy is client–focused and involves speaking out on behalf of the organization as though we are true representatives.
Call Center Representative: Requirements
Minimum Education: High school or equivalent
At least one year experience in either Customer Service or Call Center
Working @ DSG
If you have an interest in current political and social issues, a passion to “be the change you want to see in the world,” and can call for any organization that DSG partners with, we want to hear from you. Tele-marketing/tele-fundraising experience or a college degree is a plus.
Compensation: We offer paid on the job training with competitive hourly base pay, with bonuses!
