Daily response to customer calls and job management with an emphasis on
Reconstruction. Job responsibilities to include:

~ Provide excellent communication & customer care
~ Manage client expectations & communicate those expectations to all
Divisions
~ Document progress in job management software
~Dispatch, schedule and track jobs/projects with an emphasis on repairs
~ Provide assistance with collections, i.e. deductible, down payment, final payments, etc.
~ Provide administrative support to the Reconstruction Division as needed
~ Work with Project Managers to bring the project to conclusion on time and within budget

SKILLS/QUALITIES/EXPERIENCE DESIRED:

~3-4 years customer service/client care experience
~General understanding of remodeling, construction, restoration principles an asset
~Excellent computer skills (email, excel, word, calendars, PDF, digital pictures, etc.)
~Systematic and capable of organizing multiple jobs/activities at a time
~Analytical and able to problem solve in a timely manner under intense circumstances
~Ability to produce exceptional and well organized, documented job files
~Ability to maintain professional conduct, organization and communication skills to deliver exceptional customer service to in-house team, insurance adjusters/agents, property managers and home owners.
~Valid Driver's License with a clean abstract

The pay is based on industry experience with opportunity for advancement, training and Industry certifications for the qualified candidate.
