Performs administrative and customer relations functions relating primarily to daily revenue collection activities, permits and meter hood rentals, appeals, payments, & questions relating to issued to ACDA/MUNI parking violations.
Essential Skills, Experience & Education:
-High School or GED certificate.
-Preferred: Two-year college degree.
-Minimum of 1 year customer service experience.
-Any combination of education and experience.
Special Requirements:
-Ability to pass required DMV background check
