Customer Service Specialist
Columbus, OH
Brooksource is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join the team of a Fortune 500 retailer at their Columbus Contact center. This position is a three-month contract to hire position with the potential to be brought on full time. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be answering emails and phone calls from customers about in-store experience, merchandise availability, part requests, the Big Lots loyalty program, etc. This would be an excellent opportunity to get in with a Fortune 500 company and launch your career!
Details:
Location: West side of Columbus
Hours: 40 hours per week
Training: Monday-Friday from 8 am to 5 pm
Shift: Multiple shifts with varying openings
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills
100% reliable
Quick learner
?Loves? helping customers
Computer savvy
Previous customer service experience is a plus
