Food Service Assistant Manager 1245
In collaboration with the Executive Chef, the Food Service Assistant Manager executes the operational needs of the SHBM catering services and the HBM curriculum. In addition to managing the operational needs of the facility, the position provides student laboratory support to the Executive Chef for HBM 258. Represents the executive chef and the School of Hospitality Business Management at external events including catering, seminars, presentations, etc. Act as ambassador for the School of Hospitality Business Management at fund raising and friend raising events.
