About the Job
The Human Resources Associate will support the day-to-day functions of the human resources department that services the global organization. The successful candidate will gain valuable experience working in the headquarters of a global corporation and learning fundamental human resources processes.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Support day-to-day function of the HR department.
•Support in the creation, analysis and presentation of HR metrics and measurement data.
•Assist in the creation of employee communications from the HR department.
•Help write and implement all employee policies and procedures.
•Support the recruiting efforts of the Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition including candidate sourcing and screening as well as facilitating on-site interviews.
•Support the Human Resources Manager and Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition as business needs dictate.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
•Bachelors degree in Human Resources Administration or relate field highly preferred
•PHR/ SPHR certification preferred.
•Entry Level to 1-2 years of progressive HR experience highly preferred.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
•Excellent time management skills.
•Must be able to seamlessly adapt to changing priorities at a moment’s notice.
•Must be able to prioritize multiple projects and use good judgment to meet deadlines.
•Excellent written and oral communication skills.
•Advanced MS office skills highly preferred.
•Must have professionalism to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
•Must be able to work independently
•Work takes place in an office setting.
•May be required to be in a seated position for long periods of time.
•May be required to use a computer for long periods of time.
