About the Job

Essential Functions of Job:
• Assist the Implementation Manager with the entire implementation process of new clients from contract signing through production go live which will require close coordination among the functional business leaders and the system managers supporting the operations
• Ability to identify problem issues and ensure resolution is timely and in the best interest of all parties involved
• Develop and maintain a new customer implementation document
• Coordinate all aspects of a new implementation to include:
1. Coordinate customer sign-off of implementation documents
2. Monitor implementation quality and progress, including key vendors
3. Institute a post implementation assessment with every new customer
4. Complete the set of requirements for data loads from the customer’s prior administrator when HSB is paying run-in and for accumulator information, i.e., LTM, Deductibles, etc.
• Track and trend issues to determine common issues that require process improvement
• Ability to report to the office

• College degree preferred, experience considered in lieu of degree
• Effective organizational and prioritization skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, Microsoft Project)
• Ability to work in a fast paced multi-tasking environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to function as a positive team member
• Experience with managing sizable projects a plus
• Strong negotiation skills to deal with clients, business and system managers desired
• 1-2 years Health Plan experience preferred
• Understanding of health plan operations and systems a plus
• Highly organized individual with client focus and good decision making abilities
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to prioritize customer requests and HSB business needs appropriately
