About the Job

The Packing Supervisor/ Manager is responsible for supervising all packing department activities on a daily basis. This position supervises the production, quality and warehousing of product in a manner consistent with company services and cost objectives. Supervision of the daily operations of the packaging team is given to achieve team and company objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Ensures all employees, visitors ect. follow the company's Accident Prevention Rules.
- Isolate any product which will not meet the established quality standards or may cause a safety hazard. Notify quality assurance department of any such problem and record appropriately. Notify Facilities Manager.
- Make sure employees are following GMP's, keep their areas clean at all times.
- Perform all work in accordance with company standards and establish safety procedures.
- Train and direct laborers in their various jobs in a way which will promote safety, quality and productivity.
Assist in ensuring quality in every aspect of the product.
- Capable of managing 20 or more employees.
- Complete daily reports to inform of any mistakes done in the transition of the work day.


- At least 5 years of 3PL warehouse experience required and comprehensive product knowledge.
- Proficient computer skills in Excel, Outlook and Word.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills, Communication Skills, Time Management Skills and Self-Motivation.
- Bilingual Required (Spanish)
- Must be able to lift up to 30lbs. or more if required.
