Essential Responsibilities:

  • Answer office main telephone and take messages

  • Greet guests and direct them to appropriate conference room

  • Make sure refreshments are provided for each meeting if requested

  • Assist in clean up of conference rooms after meetings

  • Maintain front office/reception and kitchen area appearance

  • Assist with maintaining conference room calendar

  • Update telephone list

  • Open and distribute mail

  • Send overnight & messenger mail

  • File, fax, make copies, and type correspondence as needed

  • Provide back-up assistance to Executive Assistants as needed

  • Assist with stocking kitchens when necessary

  • Ad-hoc assignments as necessary



 Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills are a must

  • Must have a friendly, team oriented attitude

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs and the Internet

  • Must be flexible and have the ability to multi-task

  • Self- Starter
