Sales Assistant to VP of Business Development •
Created and maintain a spreadsheet of buyer contact information by retail account and category.
•Create and personalize compelling email blasts and follow up emails to send to retail buyers for all existing and new products.
•Prepare and ship product samples with product presentations, product ranking data, catalog sheets and personalized letters to the buyers.
•Use PowerPoint to create product catalogs with product features & benefits, costing, availability, media schedules, and merchandising options.
•Create media schedules showing months media is running, spend per month and total spend.
•Work with third party and in house teams to create pallet renderings to present to retail account merchants.
•Monitor purchase orders to ensure they are processed and shipped out in a timely manner and proactively provide order status and back order information to retail accounts.
•Set up new products for our retail partners in the U.S and Canada in order to start receiving orders for new product placement.
•Light travel with Salesman to visit accounts and meet with buyers for product line reviews with needed.
•Request and schedule calls and meetings for the Salesman with existing and prospective clients.
•Manage Outlook calendar for Salesman.
•Book flights, rental cars and hotels for Salesman.
•Occasionally handle customer service cases and product claims that require management level experience.
•Assist Salesman with reading agreements drafted by commercial production companies.
•MUST HAVE STRONG EXCEL.

•RECENT COLLEGE GRADS WITH 3 YEARS BUSINESS EXPERIENCE WOULD BE IDEAL.
