About the Job

Title Plant/ Document Quality Control
The Title Plant/Document Quality Control is responsible for reviewing data entry of real estate documents into a title plant program for accuracy and correcting errors and omissions.
1) High School diploma or GED
2) Must have a min. of 5 years' experience in Title Insurance, Title Plant Systems or other Land Title Search and Examination experience.
3) Must be well versed in reading and understanding real property documents, such as Deeds, Deeds of Trust, Easements, Covenants, Leases, Contracts, and Agreements.
4) Must be well versed in reading and understanding legal descriptions in all forms, including the Bureau of Land Management Public Land Survey System (Aliquot Parts, Gov't Lots, etc.), Metes and Bounds, and Subdivisions (Lot/Block/Tract).
5) Must be well versed in the State of Alaska Recording search system, U.S. BLM ACRES/GLO Systems.
6) Must be detail oriented with excellent oral/written communication.
7) Must have strong problem-solving skills.
8) Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Associated Programs.
