We are looking to fill an immediate need for an experienced Paralegal with our client, a leader in the field of Biotechnology. The focus of their research is to develop technology that will enable farmers to grow more crops by applying biotechnology, genomics, big data and molecular breeding. Provides support to attorneys by preparing and coordinating documentation for filings and applications. Under the direction of an attorney, resolves routine legal issues.. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision; typically reports to an attorney. Works on problems of moderate difficulty.

Working hours: Monday-Friday

Skills:
Filing documents into a contract management system, reading and comprehending basic contract terms, entering the information into a database to create records for tracking and expiration deadlines.
Contract/Business law experience.
Working with two other paralegals, under the supervision of an attorney.
This is NOT Litigation.They need to be Mac fluent, proficient with Google docs and Acrobat Professional
