RESTAURANT DISTRICT MANAGER
-Direct efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products
-Motivate and direct team members to exceed customer expectations with fast and friendly service in clean
-Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
-Recruit, hire, train and work to retain effective team talent
-Enforce compliance with government regulations, policies, employment laws, food safety, etc.

-Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
-High School Diploma or GED required (AM-some college preferred) (RGM-2 yrs. of college preferred)
-AM – one (1) yr. of experience in quick service restaurant industry in management
-RGM – 1-2 yrs. of restaurant management experience
-Demonstrate English language proficiency enabling speech expression clarity and proficient reading/verbal
-Willingness to travel preferred
-$55,000 - $700,000 + quarterly bonuses
-5-day work week
