Job Title: Business Development Manager Director (Staffing)

- Responsible getting new leads/requirements and maintaining existing clients to enhance business relations.
- Promote full service staffing solutions with a consultative approach to new and existing client relationships
- Identify, cultivate and close sales with prospective clients
- Introduce company services via cold calls and social media networking
- Conduct research to pinpoint potential business opportunities
- Meet with prospective clients to assess their needs and discuss services
- Provide direct client delivery management and account relationship management.
- Identifies prospects and develops and implements focused strategies to obtain an audience of decision-makers in which to formally present company’s capabilities.
