Our company, based in Indianapolis, owns and operates 14 Quick Service Restaurants located throughout Central Indiana. We are currently searching for a Business and Payroll Coordinator.
· Exhibit confidence, common sense, loyalty, and the ability to motivate others.
· Provide critical, focused support for high level executives. Will be relied upon to perform a wide scope of executives and administrative functions.
· Know all relevant subject matter, software applications, and office tools. Must have exemplary verbal and written communications proficiency, and will be depended upon to deliver the highest standards of professional, quality service.
· Provide a work environment that is positive, creativity, and teamwork among employees.
The ideal candidate for this position has:
· At least 1 year experience in Office Management
· Strategic leadership and excellent communication skills
· Motivated and dedicated to getting the job done
· Flexible and able to manage and complete multiple projects
· Experience in any other following areas helpful but not mandatory: FMLA, Insurance Tracking, Workforce Development, Sage 100
· Must be proficient in Word and Excel
