We are hiring entry level business development representatives in the Philadelphia Area! We offer a base salary of 40K + unlimited commissions, full training, full benefits and valuable experience! You will earn 50k - 75K in the first year!
A Day In The Life of a Business Development Associate:
* The Hunt: Researching companies for the key decision maker whose responsibilities are the best fit for your client’s services
* Messaging: Crafting insightful talking points, emails and voicemails that will resonate with your prospects
* Outreach: Establishing peer to peer conversations with senior executives with the objective of setting up introductory sales meetings
* Collaboration: Brainstorming with peers and clients to improve tactics, process and business acumen.
-4 year Bachelor's degree preferred
-Business-to-Business sales experience preferred, but not required
-Demonstrated leadership in community, professional and/or college organizations
-Strong verbal, interpersonal and listening skills
-Demonstrated self-starter and highly motivated
-Demonstrated ability to work as a team member and effectively communicate within different levels of an organization
-Demonstrated ability to work independently to deliver results
-Demonstrated technical aptitude and computer skills essential
-Demonstrated analytical skills
-Demonstrated business acumen
-Demonstrated leadership ability
-Demonstrated ability to apply knowledge
