We are looking for an executive/personal assistant for the CEO of a company in the valley area (Sherman Oaks/ Studio City). You will be stationed in the company office but will need to be able to drive throughout the day sometimes to run errands in the valley area. You must be very organized and conscious of time/able to keep a schedule.
You will be responsible for filing and organization in the office, should know how to print labels and operate both a mac and pc on a basic level, should know how to use excel, and will be responsible for keeping the CEO’s schedule for her and reminding her of times throughout the day. Because of this, organization is the most important factor.
You should also have a good understanding of social media marketing and be comfortable posting to Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Because of this, you should have exemplary writing skills.
You should also be good with kids and dogs. And, finally, you shouldn’t be afraid to make phone calls.
