Support direct sales team providing technical pre or post sales support to ensure successful customer integration and implementation of company products and services and solutions
1) Consult with customers in selling and supporting company products and systems.
2) Supports unit sales plan through pre-sales and post-sales with technical consulting activities from installation and maintenance to ensure the system is functioning according to specifications.
3) Understand, develop and deliver products, services, systems or solutions to meet clients customer business, information, technical and educational needs.
4) Follow established standard practices and procedures.
5) Understand and explain related technical issues, knowledge of company products, systems, processes and tools and will interact with the client and senior management.
6) Project manage as needed moderate to complex analytical projects.
7) Contributes to the strategic sales plan and business unit priorities.
